- All paid transactions are final. Purchased products cannot be changed to other products, cancelled nor refunded under all circumstances. Once a pre-order or stock item order is confirmed and paid via PayPal, we will not accept order cancellation of any reasons.
- Delivery of some items could be arranged in several batches or may be delayed. We will irregularly update the release date on our website but will NOT send individual notification to customers who have pre-ordered the affected items.
- You have to pay for import tax (if any) to the customs of your country. When pressing "Continue to PayPal" and ordering from mtgmintcard.com, you are considered to accept the responsibility for the import duties and/or tax, additional charge and Import Trade Declaration for custom clearance must be borne by you. At the same time, you must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items and custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. mtgmintcard.com has no control over these charges and is without any responsibility for the ordered goods importing to your country.
